Cancellations
Please provide 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment.  Appointments cancelled less than 24 hrs prior will be charged $30.

Please provide 48 hour notice when canceling a straightener or extension appointment.  Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior will be charged $200.

No Show
Clients will be charged full price. Clients who are 30 minutes late or more for their appointment will be considered a no show and will be charged the full price.

Service Guarantee
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service.  If for any reason you are not, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.

Pricing
Hair and chemical services may very according to individual stylist, coloring techniques or length of hair.

Studio DC accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash, and checks.

Children
For the safety and comfort of all clients, any children under the age of 13 should be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.
